SteamPAK Combustion Control for Oil & Gas-fired Boilers
SteamPAK sets the standard for oil and gas combustion control. These pre-engineered, pre-configured packages include pre-programmed controllers that handle specific applications. These packages come all ready to install. Just enter a few parameters from the front face of the controller, and you’ll be up and running.
Select from packages designed for steam and hot water, gas and/or oil, or single and dual fuel boilers—all can be installed as standalone systems or in conjunction with other SteamPAK packages.
The net result? Total boiler control and significant efficiency improvement. Plus, industry-standard communication allows easy integration of SteamPAK with existing Building Automation systems.
Pressure Control for Jackshaft BoilersBoilerPAK makes it easy to replace outdated, obsolete boiler controllers or replace a manufacturer-supplied on/off boiler control system with more efficient modulating control. When your boiler or your budget is too small for O2 trim, BoilerPAK is the perfect solution. It also provides industry-standard communications to allow you to connect to an HMI package for operation and data acquisition. Retransmission signal and online boiler efficiency calculation are available as options. |

Fuel/Air Ratio Control with O2 Trim for Jackshaft ControlOperating outside the optimum fuel-to-air ratio for your boiler results in excess fuel consumption, damage to firing surfaces, and higher NOx and CO2 emissions. TrimPAK makes it easy to upgrade to a safer, more efficient system that can improve boiler efficiency by 5% or more, reduce stack emissions and increase operating safety. Unlike many other systems on the market, TrimPAK allows you to leave the jackshaft intact and use a VFD on the FD fan motor, providing additional savings in installation and electricity. Online Boiler Efficiency calculation and indication, FGR control and retransmission signal are available as options. |

Full Metered Control with Cross-Limits & O2 TrimMeterPAK full metered control provides the most efficient use of fuel, the best response to load changes, and the highest degree of safety. It compensates for changes in the heating value of the fuel and reduces stack emissions with instantaneous, continuous correction of the fuel-air ratio. Cross-limits ensure safe combustion at all times. MeterPAK is available in several architectures to meet operators’ requirements, including a touchscreen interface option. |

Plant Master ControllerPlantPAK provides a supervisory steam setpoint to individual Boiler Master controllers. It allows operation of multiple boilers from a single display, and ensures quick response to large load changes. A lead/lag sequence option brings boilers on line as needed for maximum operating efficiency. Steam feedforward is available as an option. PlantPAK can be used in conjunction with any of the SteamPAK combustion control packages or with third-party combustion controls. PlantPAK provides supervisory control for up to four boilers. |
